Ingredients:
Bengal Gram Flour (Besan), Black Gram, Semolina, Sugar, Iodized Salt, Citric Acid (E330), Sodium Bicarbonate [E500(ii)], Asafoetida, Turmeric

👨‍🍳 How to Prepare Perfect Khaman Dhokla:

1. In a pressure cooker, pour 750 ml water and heat on low flame.

2. In a separate bowl, mix 200g FoodEdge Dhokla Mix with 200 ml water to make a smooth batter.

3. Grease a dhokla container with oil and pour the batter into it.

4. Place a ring/stand inside the cooker and set the container on it. Do not cover with a whistle or lid.

5. Steam on high flame for 20 minutes.

6. Let it cool completely.

7. Prepare a tempering of mustard seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves. Pour over the dhokla.

8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with chutney!
