👨‍🍳 How to Make Soft & Fluffy Idlis:

1. Mix 200g Instant Idli Mix with 320–350 ml water to form a smooth, lump-free batter.

2. Add 2 tbsp (30 ml) oil to the batter.

3. Grease the idli plates with oil and pour the batter into each mold.

4. Steam cook for 15 minutes.

5. Apply pure ghee on hot idlis for enhanced flavor. Serve with chutney and sambar.

Recipe Variations:

• Fried Idli:
  Prepare idlis as above. Slice and fry them on high flame until crisp. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

• Vegetable Idli:
  Add finely chopped vegetables (like carrots, peas, or capsicum) to the batter. Steam as usual for a nutritious twist!
